An organization’s approach to antiracism cannot be simply superficial with one off training or a colorblind perspective to inclusion. Our leaders have personally been responsible for building capacity in antiracist development through action versus ideas, and understand that real movement must be woven into the fabric of an organization. We help our clients realize true systemic transformation through the collective perspectives, experiences, and ideals throughout the organization.
