This session explores a fundamental shift from traditional "customer service" communication to a proactive, two-way "ownership service" model. You will discover how your team can effectively listen to the long-term aspirations of their community's "moral owners," move past transactional concerns, and use this collective vision to set powerful, SMART outcome goals and protective "Guardrails" that drive meaningful change in your organization to maximize your impact in your community.
